What Happened to the Interest RATES????
If any buyer has checked into interest rates since Wednesday they have probably noticed an increase. Rates can change daily or even multiple times a day depending on current market conditions. Congress has extended tax deductions for homeowners paying private mortgage insurance through 2010. But to qualify for the deduction you must have bought or refinanced your home since Jan. 1, 2007.
